De-stress in the Workplace

In the middle of a busy day, take a few minutes to concentrate purely on yourself. This is good advice to anyone who feels like their job is taking them over or that they are becoming their job.

On-Site Massage

With my specially designed massage chair I can deliver a 15 minute relaxing and re-energising back, neck, shoulder and head massage in your workplace without the need for you to remove clothes (well, maybe just your cardigan or jacket). I can treat hard-working hands too. These treatments  have been well received in the workplaces I've already visited. I can come in, set up and go away again with the minimum of fuss.

The treatments are sometimes paid for by the employer and sometimes by the staff themselves. They cost between £10 and £15 per person and I'll need a minimum of 4 people in one visit. I'm happy to come along as a one-off special treat or on a regular basis. I can provide additional therapists if required.
